I schedule regular cookery workshops and demonstrations, ranging from simple, healthy snacks, through to full three course meals that can also be Vegetarian or Vegan. I cook with organic and locally sourced ingredients and generally using a grain-free, refined sugar free and dairy free methodology. I offer either one-off workshops or a small series, working through various mealtimes and ideas. I explore our beliefs around food and look at how various foods affect our body in different ways. We finish each class with the food that has been cooked together and there is often lively discussion throughout.
My workshops are fun and engaging and people are always surprised at how amazingly delicious ‘real food’ can be. My clients are inspired when they leave to do it for themselves, which allows them to make simple changes at home for lifelong transformation. This creates a ripple effect that filters out through family and friends and eventually leads to positive changes in the lives of those around us too. So choosing to make a change on the individual level can have profound implications for everyone around us!
